Mommy & Baby Essentials Pre-Christmas Giveaway

Almost 2 weeks ago, I told you a story about how happy I am with my “Frugal Fab Finds at the Babypalooza Bazaar.” I also shared with you the news that I will be hosting Mommy & Baby EssentialsPre-Christmas Giveaway. So here it goes! πŸ™‚

I’ve come to know Mommy Theresa Orteza when I won in one of her online shop’s Facebook promos last March. I got away with some really cute Disney Wrist Rattles for my baby Noa.

I’ve been seeing Mommy Theresa’s online shop for quite sometime now and I feel really happy when I had the chance to finally meet her in person during the Babypalooza Bazaar. I won in her Pre-Babypalooza giveaway hosted by Truly Rich Mommy Tina.

Mommy Theresa is very friendly and easy to talk with. When I first stepped into the conference room of the Walter Hogan Building, where the Babypalooza Bazaar was held, I did not hesitate to approach her because she was smiling to every person she meets. I introduced myself and I was really surprised when she told me that she recognizes my name. She gladly led me to where the non-skid socks were neatly placed and informed me that I could choose any design that I want. So, I ended up with this pink bunny socks for Noa. She could definitely use this pair one of these days when we take her to Gymboree.

When I was about to say goodbye, she told me if I’d be willing to host her online shop’s Christmas giveaway. I really feel blessed to be able to help mompreneurs like her through this blog without asking for anything in return.

Like what Anne Frank said, “No one has ever become poor by giving.”

I believe that blogging also equates to giving back. It is definitely way better to give than to receive. This is my way of blessing her, her household and her business. Yes, you can still do many things for FREE. It’s just a matter of the heart.

I have received overwhelming blessings this 2012 so I’d gladly give back and bless others in return.

And now, together with Mommy Theresa, we will spread the blessing to all of you. In line with the Christmas season, we will be giving away 2 Bag Harness to 2 blessed readers of this blog.

One reader can win this Ladybug Bag Harness!

And another one will surely fly with this Batman Bag Harness!

You know the drill, just hit the Rafflecopter below for the instructions. Mommy Theresa will be shipping these items to the winners for free as long as your are in the Metro Manila area. Anyone can join as long as you have a valid Philippine shipping address.

I’d like to share my heart to everyone who’s in need of love specially to those who were victims of the natural calamities. Right at this time, they’re in need of love, we may not necessarily give what they need like food and shelter but we can always pray them and so my heartfelt prayers goes along with them. =)

I would like to share my child’s old clothe and toys right now to a school or a daycare center. After Ondoy and the torrential rains we realized we have hoarded a lot of old stuff from when our child was little. Now that our child is 11 years old and we do not plan to have another we thought that this stuff should be put to good use by children who can share their happiness again with these toys. I remember the Toy Story and think that these toys must be sad now staying in the attic for almost a decade.

Used clothes, toys & a little amount for the typhoon Pablo victims because Christmas will be more meaningful if you share it with the needy.

This time ‘kami naman’ because my Ate is always there for us, she became our ‘MOM’ when our mother passed away.I know it is not much but I know she will truly love it because she knows how much I love her and how much I wanted to give her every thing <3

It is my habit to give anything that we dont need anymore to others. It always happen during December and June. I never kept something that we no longer needed. I attended a mass years, years ago and the sermon of the priest was all about giving.

In my situation right now where the family just went through a financial difficulty because of my firstborn’s operation, I should be more frugal. But it is still hard on our part since some of my husband’s family members in Compostela Valley were also victims of Typhoon Pablo. With the grace of God an the help of our close friends, we were able to surpass the operation of my son. With that, in a simple manner, our family would like to extend our help to our family members in Compostela through bringing them basic need like food and clothing. Hopefully this will materialized once we get home in Compostela.

Right now, I’d share extras of this and that- any knick knacks from food to clothing to toys- with the those affected by Pablo. They’ll be better appreciated there. I’m glad that’s possible all the way from where I am since LBC is accepting donations and getting them to those in need for free (and they’ll accept items they normally dont ship, as well).
