Motherhood has made me a better woman everyday. I always say that being a mom is a calling from God, but being a responsible mother is our responsibility to our family, most especially to our children.
As a mom, we should not allow anyone to make us feel inferior. We are all “supermoms” in our own rights and ways. No two mothers are alike. Each one of us develops our own style as we take the mothering journey.
I’m not a perfect mother and I will never claim to be, but one thing’s for sure: in this lifetime where I have been given an amazing opportunity by God to love and train a child in the way he should go, I will make it count. I know I can do this because despite my imperfections for I am still a work in progress, too, I serve and love a perfect God. His perfect love for me will fill my cup with overflowing so I can spread love in return to all the people I truly value.
This blog started 4 months after my daughter was born. You have all been witnesses to my victories and struggles as a young Filipino mom and wife. I am grateful for all the time you have spent in laughing and crying with me. Starting this blog is one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I’m really inspired to read your personal mails telling me how this blog has helped you in your own mommy journey. Cheers to us! 🙂
I will be hosting a very special giveaway to honor all my moomy musers! I think this will be the biggest this year, so please visit my blog again either tomorrow or Tuesday for my post. :)Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms and moms-at-heart who can read this post. We all rock! 😉
How will you spend our special day today? Feel free to share! It’s my joy to hear from all of you!
