A Salad Convert

I love food (especially sweets). If you’re going to ask me if there’s any Pinoy ulam (Filipino viand) that I could eat all over again, I’d say Tinolang Manok.

I’m a fruit person; and If I could get away from eating veggies, I’d surely do it. Hindi lang talaga ako mahilig sa gulay, and I admit it. So, when I got an invite to an intimate mommy affair sponsored by Lifefactory and Para’kito at Juju Eats, Makati City, I felt happy but a little worried. I knew that this would be a “healthy” event and my one of my comfort zones was going to be challenged.

My favorite Big Boy Salad + Ripe Mango Slush = Winner!

I couldn’t be thankful enough for being at the event because I was introduced to a very delicious, healthy, and complete meal! If Juju Eats is only a stone-throw away from my house, I’d surely be coming often. Right now, I’m craving for their Big Boy Salad and Ripe Mango Slush!

Juju Eats’ Big Boy Salad is composed of the following ingredients:

  • Grilled Chicken Breast
  • Crispy Bacon Bits
  • Hardboiled Eggs
  • Fresh Crisp Lettuce
  • Roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Red Kidney Beans
  • Ranch Dressing (soooo yummy!)

Juju Eats’s Big Boy Salad is a must-try!

This very delicious salad blends well with this fresh and sweet Ripe Mango Slush. You can really taste that the mangoes that were used in making your slush is fresh and real.

‘Nuff said because I’m starting to drool at this ungodly hour! If you’ll be within the Chino Roces Avenue Extension area anytime soon, I suggest you pay a visit to Juju Eats and try out their healthy and flavorful menu. I never thought that I’d get so satisfied with “just” eating a salad on that day. Now, I’m proud to say that I’ve had a change of heart with veggies. Thank you so much to Juju Eats for making this possible.

Love Juju Eats! ❀
