Gracing its March 2014 issue are the beautiful Revilla Schulze siblings, Lexi, Nicole & Georgia. These cover moms/sisters are all-out in sharing things about their own childhood, dating and marriage, and most of all their joys of motherhood.

This month’s issue is loaded with hip and colorful wardrobe combos that would allow you to dress comfortably yet stylish. You’d surely enjoy reading what colors, style and accessories are in this season.

In case you are looking for an alternative to your usual swimming time with the kids, you may want to grab this month’s copy because it also features some picnic venues within the metro, and some places that a little outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

You may also want to grab a book or two while you’re on that grassy picnic fields from their list of Family Summer Reads. I’ll give you a clue, it includes the recently concluded book-turned-movie, The Book Thief.

If you’re like me who’s challenging herself to raise street smart kids, Working Mom Magazine suggested 7 note-worthy rules for training our kids to be a safety savvy.

  1. Stay within eyesight.
  2. If Mommy can’t see you, make sure yaya can.
  3. If you get separated, find your way to the first uniformed guard for help.
  4. Identify safe spots (e.g. friends’ and relatives’ houses).
  5. Always use well-lit and well-traveled roads. Don’t use dark alleyways or side streets.
  6. Use the buddy system.
  7. Tell someone where you are going and how long will you be gone. (Reminds me of James Franco’s Movie, 127 Hours)

For the mompreneurs or soon-to-be mompreneurs, you might also benefit from reading Janice Villanueva’s “Project Passion” column, as she talks about marketing on zero budget or “Do-it-yourself PR.”

What beautiful moms! Nakaka-inggit how they juggle the stress of work, managing the house, taking care of the kids and still stay fresh and young-looking. And the safety savvy tips is a must-see. I HAVE to have this month’s issue.
