McDonald’s Happy Meal Features Dreamworks “Home”

Noa was so hungry yesterday after playing for 3 straight hours at the Grand Opening of Kidzooona SM City Masinag so she requested for her favorite chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. Little did we know that the McDonald’s Happy Meal has now a new set of toy collectibles featuring Dreamworks Animation’s “Home.”

McDonald’s Happy Meal still comes in its iconic red box. Little ones will have fun collecting all 8 Oh toys as they enjoy their favorite McDonald’s Meal like spaghetti or chicken nuggets. Bringing home a McDonald’s Happy Meal is a surefire way to perk our little ones up if we bring this to them as a pasalubong.

If you can still recall, Home forms part of my “Must-Watch Movies of 2015,” alongside Cinderella, which we’ve already seen last Thursday. If you haven’t gone to watch Cinderella, go ahead and see it because Disney (as expected) nailed it.

The story of Home is based on Adam Rex’s 2007 children’s book The True Meaning of Smekday and stars the voices of Rihanna, Jim Parsons, Jennifer Lopez, and Steve Martin. Tim Johnson is the director of the film, Chris Jenkins and Suzanne Buirgy are its producers, and the adaptation is by Tom J. Astle and Matt Ember.

Home is scheduled to be shown here in the Philippines on March 26, 2015. It is an American 3D computer-animated buddy comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation that brought us animated hits like Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and How To Train Your Dragon. It is distributed in the Philippines by 20th Century Fox.
