Holiday Baking Bonding Day at Home

Just like your student, my daughter Noa was given an instant week-long break from school. I’ve been thinking of ways to entertain her so to prevent her from just using the iPad. I’ve always believed that cooking is an important life skill that should be learned by my children. I saw some ingredients in the pantry and thought of a baking bonding day with her.

Noa loves Chocolate Chip Cookies. It’s our home’s favorite cookie to bake. Slowly, I’m trying to teach her how to whip her favorite baked treat. So when the time comes, she’d be able to do this on her own.

Here’s a copy of our Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. You can tweak some of the ingredients that we’ve used to suit your preference.

This Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie is also one of Noa’s favorite snack for school. What I do it I just store the excess dough in the fridge. I just pop it in the oven before she goes to school so it’s always freshly baked.

We tried adding in pistachios for an added nutrition and bite to our cookie recipe.

Aside from the reliable baking equipment like the oven and mixer that we have at home, an important baking tool that we use as we bake is the Lifestyle Baking Pan. This is where we arrange our dough before popping them in the oven. Lifestyle has various kitchen and baking tools available that are suitable for our cooking needs. The Lifestyle pans are sturdy and reliable when it comes to baking.

Lifestyle can easily be found at our favorite leading department stores like SM, Robinsons, Landamark, and Metro.

We love Lifestyle Bakeware at Home!

They have rectangular biscuit pan, square pan, loaf pan, cupcake pan, and other tools and small gadgets that are helpful in the kitchen. When you hit the department store, ask the store clerk where to find Lifestyle in the rack.

Baking is a very good bonding activity that you can enjoy with your children not just on Holidays but whenever you have free time at home. It would also be nice to entrust your precious dough and mixtures to Lifestyle bakeware because you are assured of its quality.

Don’t risk your family, especially your children’s foods to bakeware tools that you are unsure of the manufacturer. Who knows the materials they’ve used to produce the pans could contain harmful materials. It will pose danger when mixed with the food that we prepared. Whether in cooking or baking, better be safe than sorry. Lifestyle’s products are of good quality and friendly to our budget.
